Monday, October 16, 2006Today was a very long day outside. Went for makeup cg at E344 in the morning at abt 10+. After cgm ended, we were blessed with icecream from weiling, so yummy. We rushed for the combined church prayer meeting after tt and it was a great time of prayer and intercession, Pst Albert as usual baffled me with his different kind of humour which i din really catch. After PM we went tamp cos Tanpeng needed to help Shilin collect something and i needed to change brendan's bdae present. After tt we had a great time of fellowship together with all the helpers of all the 3 CGs at marina bay eating steamboat. Shilin shared abt 16 key qualities tt is needed to be in a overseer. The point abt being blameless really struck me alot cos i started to think back of the stupid things i have done which shudnt have been done at tt very moment, leading to some hurts to ppl. We went together to the gaming arcade there later and we all were playing this percussion freaks drummania game. Tanpeng kept calling me her shifu cos i intro the game to her and taught her some tricks to playing, but i really not up to tt standard to be shifu lar, jus tt i played abit more in the past. We went home on our separate ways and after reaching bedok and walked to sz house, we started talking abt our lives and i shared with him wad had been happening in my life. started to talk abt some problems and he really gave me some great advice and encouragements tt i really needed at tt very point of time. There and then i realised he grew in terms of maturity and spirituality. It was really a great time of quality conversation, there wouldnt have been another person tt i could speak to so easily and share with him everything. Really thank God for this divine appointment and also for this wonderful brother and friend in my life, also wanna thank you Sheezheng for being such an encouragement and support to me.Life hav a balance ~~ posted timey on 10/16/2006 05:05:00 AM
